Spinach and avocado cream

Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- ½ avocado (approx. 70 g)
- 1 handful of fresh spinach (approx. 30 g)
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1–2 tbsp chopped onion
- some salt

Optional : 1-2 tablespoons of water for consistency or a splash of apple cider vinegar
Preparation:
- Blend everything together finely in a blender or with a hand blender.
- Season with salt and lime juice.
- Dilute with a little water if necessary.
Ideas for use:
- as a dip for vegetable sticks or baked potatoes
- as a spread for wraps or wholemeal bread
- as a topping for rice or quinoa bowls
- or as a “creamy” sauce for pasta or zoodles
